There had been several rumors suggesting the impending arrival of the Samsung Galaxy Tab, a successor to the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 series of tablets. After plenty of leaks, Samsung has finally rolled the tablets out and they are a reality. The tablets will be available for sale in the market starting Q2 of this year, and that is only when the prices of the same will be revealed.
The Samsung Tab 4 will be available in three different screen sizes i.e. 7, 8 and 10.1 inches. That alongside the difference in battery capacity is what is the differentiating point among these devices as they all seem to have the exact same specifications. The screens obviously have different sizes but all of them have a 1280X800 res display. The tabs are powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad Core SoC with 1.5 GB of RAM on board to keep things churning along nicely and multitasking within several apps. There is a 3 MP rear Camera as well as 1.3 MP front Camera for those who are interested in taking images with their tablets. There is a an 8 GB and 16 GB variants of tablets available as well as Micro SD card slot for expansion up to 64 GB.
All of the tablets will come with KitKat 4.4 out of the box. The 8 inch tablet has a battery of 4450 mAh battery while the 10.1 inch has 6800 mAh battery on board. All three tablets will be available in black and white versions
