OpenOther+ Lets You Select What App Icons Opens Which Application On iPhone

Everyone likes to have fun and tricks are always welcome. iPhone is never behind in giving users new ways to mesmerise themselves and their friends. Yet another tweak is out in Cydia which personally I would say has no utility but one might use it to save some personal work or to trick other people.

OpenOther+ is an iDevice tweak that allows you to “redirect” or divert the launching of any application on your SpringBoard to another application you desire. For example, if you use biteSMS as your application for messaging then you can redirect the tap of the stock messages icon to biteSMS. So if you tap the messages icon it diverts you and opens

OpenOther+ is available for $1.99 in the Cydia Store and as always it is available for free also which you can download. To use this tweak, simply enter into the icon wriggle mode by tapping and holding any icon for 2 seconds, quickly double-tap on an app to redirect, and you will be instructed to do the same for the target application that you’d like to redirect to.

To download this tweak for free:

Open Cydia on your jailbroken iphone.
Once the data is loaded, go to search and type in “OpenOther+”
It’s free in the xSellize, IHR and insanelyi repo.
Select it and install it.
Respring or reboot your device.
You are done to use it.
If you know any other tweaks similar to this one or any other tweak which you might think would be useful to iphone users please let us know.
