Is Samsung Planning To Purchase Nokia?

In what could well be the biggest acquisition of the tech industry, there are reports emerging in Finland that Samsung may well be planning to buy Nokia. The figure thrown around is close to about 15 Billion Euroes. The rumor has been started off by SamMobile yet there are no evidences of authenticity of this report. However, seeing Google recently buying out rightly Motorola Mobility, this move may not be totally out of
question. Like they say, there is no smoke without fire.

If these two giants of smart phone makers were to become one, we could finally look forward to Samsung improving the build quality of their devices thanks to wonderful record that Nokia has regarding their devices materials. There would definitely be a lot of complications if this were to happen, especially given that Nokia has recently signed up with Microsoft as partners for Windows Phone 7, so what would happen to that deal? Neither of the companies have denied or commented on these reports which is to be expected. However we firmly believe that this is no more than hoax and such a thing would not happen given Nokia may finally be on its way up.
